We're hiring for our Investments team

As we grow Good Capital, we're looking for people to join us that help us double-down on our approach: we invest early, we invest only when we have high-conviction, and we largely lead investments.

We typically invest in underserved markets and in businesses that leverage intermediaries: this approach has seen us make early investments in Meesho, simsim, LEAD School and several other well-regarded startups.

We're not looking specifically for candidates that have Venture Capital experience but the 2 open roles below require very different skills - please have a thorough read before applying:

Investments (Analyst) - Job Description

Despite the title, this is an outward-facing role. You should have a strong network in the Indian tech community; your work will predominantly work on sourcing and screening startups, while providing independent insights & feedback to inform internal decisions.

Investments (VP) - Job Description

This role is more analytical in nature and ideal for someone with a background in banking or private equity. You will primarily focus on financial analysis and business modelling; we will count on you to provide independent insights through a quantitative lens.
